Authorized Channel Partner serves as an official marketing and channel partner for 108 Tower, a RERA-registered commercial project developed by Ceratec Group in Balewadi, Pune. These Terms of Use define the conditions applicable when you interact with us for project information, visit scheduling, documentation support, or booking coordination. These terms operate independently and do not replace the formal agreement issued directly by the developer.

1. Scope of Services

Authorized Channel Partner facilitates communication and coordination between prospective buyers and the developer. Our services include:

• Project Information: Sharing brochures, layouts, specifications, and pricing as officially provided by the developer.
• Site Visit Coordination: Arranging physical meetings or virtual walkthroughs.
• Booking Assistance: Supporting documentation and submission processes.
• Follow-Up Support: Coordinating clarifications with the developer where necessary.

We are not the project developer. All allotments, agreements, timelines, and possession commitments are solely governed by Ceratec Group.

2. Information & Updates

All project details shared are based on information received from the developer. Pricing, specifications, layouts, amenities, and timelines may be revised by the developer subject to approvals or business decisions.

• Buyers are encouraged to verify RERA registration details independently.
• Official documentation should be reviewed before making financial commitments.

3. Booking & Payment Process

• Payment Mode: All booking amounts must be paid directly to the official account designated by Ceratec Group.
• No Cash Handling: Authorized Channel Partner does not accept cash payments or personal transfers.
• Confirmation: Booking is confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from the developer.
• Agreement Execution: The Agreement to Sell is executed directly with Ceratec Group.

4. Limitation of Authority

As an independent channel partner, Authorized Channel Partner does not have authority to modify pricing, alter policies, or enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of the developer.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests are forwarded to the developer. Refunds, if applicable, are processed solely by Ceratec Group as per RERA norms and project policies.

6. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact details, you consent to receive service-related communication via call, SMS, email, or messaging platforms. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Authorized Channel Partner shall not be liable for project delays, modifications, possession timelines, or financial matters managed by the developer. Our role is limited to facilitation services.

8. Intellectual Property

All project-related materials remain the property of Ceratec Group and are used by Authorized Channel Partner for authorized marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
